For my capstone project, I was asked to rebrand to two local clients in Kirksville, Missouri. The first client I chose to design for was Take Root Cafe. This restaurant serves the Kirksville community and offers a variety of healthy food at a pay what you can basis. I had a lot of fun with color and illustration for this project, and used muted “root” colors to create an element of cohesion throughout the brand.
